December is such a busy month. We've all been busy making up Christmas gift packs with our new packaging. Streamline gift boxes filled with my very own cookery book, a 250ml bottle of our rapeseed oil and another 250ml bottle of award winning Lincolnshire delicacy - either a World Chilli Award winning "Sweet Heat Chilli sauce, or a Gold Star Great Taste award winning Fred & Bex raspberry or blackberry vinegar or the newly acquired and decidely delicious and refreshing spicy hot pepper sauce "Baron's Revenge" from Jennys Jams of Lincoln.
The gift packs have been flying off the shelves, which is wonderful! So much interest in my book full of really useful information, ideas and recipes.
A last few tastings at local stockists and that's it - it will be Christmas. So many people tell me they now prefer to cook their roast potatoes with our rapeseed oil. Golden and crispy with a delicious buttery after-taste. And when you've cooked the roasties, cubed dry bread soaking up the seasoned oil - makes great croutons for soup made out of all those left-over Christmas veggies!
