Returns & Cancellation Policy

Every care is taken to ensure that your order is packaged and handled carefully, however, should your order arrive damaged or broken, please contact us by telephone or email within 7 working days to arrange a replacement or refund of any damaged or broken products.

You can cancel your order by contacting us directly by telephone or email. A standard handling charge of 20% of your order amount will incur upon refunding your order. If the product has been removed from the packaging BUT NOT OPENED OR USED we will issue a refund for the full price of the GOODS ONLY. We cannot refund the cost of return postage and packaging. All returned items will be checked for their condition on arrival back to us.
