The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) has implemented changes which come into effect from 25th May 2018. This requires us to update you on how we store and use your Personal Data that we collect about you when you place an order for a product/service.

Privacy Data covers personal data provided to, or collected by us and held either electronically or on paper relating to any business dealings with Andrew Ownsworth Fulbeck Farms; Ownsworth’s Rapeseed Oil or Fulbeck Gardens Cottage be that an organisation, employees of that organisation, staff or agents, or members of the public.

Which details do we collect
We may collect the following personal information about our clients:
· Name (title, forename(s) and surname
· Company and job title
· Contact details including postal address, landline or mobile number, email address, social media user name
Purposes for which Client Data is Used
The main reasons we use your information is to administer our services that you have requested us to do so or process your payments. Access to this information is restricted to those limited people who need to access it. Paper copies of invoices or contracts that store names on are kept in a locked and confidential area. Again, this has only access granted to a limited number of people.
When do we collect these details?
At the time you contact us to purchase a service or make an enquiry. You have the right to access any details which we may hold about you at any point. You can ask us to correct any information which we hold about you which you believe is incorrect or erase personal data we hold about you which you feel we no longer need or require the information for.
How long do we keep your information for?
We keep your personal information where we have an ongoing legitimate or lawful need to do so. The personal data which we store is kept for different amounts of time, depending on what it is we hold. Account information and purchases are kept for a minimum of 7 years. The data will be destroyed after this time frame. As law changes, these time frames may also change.
